How to access click maps and heat maps

- Please login to the heatmap area using your login and password
- Select the website that you want to view reports for
- From the top right hand select the page and width (please note that you will need to select screen width separately)
- We recommend checking widths at 1280 pixels
- Please select the type of report
- Mouse movement report
- click report
- scroll report
- You can also access and replay videos of mouse movements for actual users
