We run a tired true tale of not improving ourselves when we get too busy doing things for clients. Midway through this year, we decided that we needed to become better than this. We started a journey to improve our website and improve our services to bring us in line with the latest technologies. We researched, built a number of customer facing websites ourselves and we ran campaigns on them as we would do for a client. We believe that setting ourselves as a company ourselves that deals with customers makes us better equipped to face our clients challenges and come up with solutions for them.
