To manage comments or to enable/disable comments on pages, please follow the following instructions:
- Log into the backend of your WordPress website
- Click Edit on Post/Page where you want to disable comments
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and check if you have an area called Discussion
If you don’t have a section called Discussion, click on screen options tab on top right of the page and check the box called discussion to show this area
- Scroll down to the Discussion section and uncheck both the boxes
- Scroll up and Update the post/page
